1、 Product Description

The multi-channel insect detection and reporting lamp is specially developed for agricultural and forestry insect detection and reporting. The lamp utilizes modern light, electricity, and numerical control technology to achieve functions such as automatic far-infrared processing of insect bodies, separation of large and small insects, fully automatic photography, and automatic operation of the entire lamp. In the absence of supervision, it can automatically complete system operations such as insect attraction, pest control, dispersal, photography, collection, and drainage. Multiple sensor interfaces such as wind speed and direction, environmental temperature and humidity, and lighting can be added, and data can be uploaded through 4G/5G to monitor the relationship between the environment and pests and diseases. Widely used in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, vegetables, tobacco, tea, medicinal herbs, gardens, orchards, urban greening, quarantine and other fields.


2、 Performance characteristics

1. Meet the safety and technical requirements of GB/T 24689.1-2009 standard for insect detection and alarm lights in plant protection machinery.

4. Color 7-inch Chinese LCD capacitive touch screen operation; Can be set and controlled in different time periods, both automatic and manual photography are available; Intelligent control of Android system.

5. Built in 1200W pixel image acquisition device, capable of real-time collection of insect conditions.

6. Equipped with a multi-channel insect separation device, the insect body can be evenly placed on the camera plane according to different sizes.

7. The instrument has a built-in counting device that can record the number of insects in real time and upload it to the platform.

8. Remote setting work mode: It can be used for remote wireless photography and remote setting of terminal device parameters.

9. Equipped with an automatic cleaning device, it can transport the captured insect bodies away from the shooting area.

10. Various instruments and data alarm parameters can be remotely uploaded to a remote server through the network for easy maintenance and management.

11. Built in GPS positioning function, view device site and other data in the map, and track device theft.

12. The upper and lower layers of far-infrared insect body processing chambers are more effective in completing insecticidal and drying work.

13. Temperature control of far-infrared insect body processing chamber: After working for 15 minutes, the temperature reaches 90 ± 5 ℃, and the processing time can be adjusted arbitrarily.

14. The mortality rate of far-infrared insect body treatment shall not be less than 98%, and the integrity rate of the insect body shall not be less than 95%.

15. Light control: Automatically turn on the lights at night and turn off the lights during the day (standby). In the working state at night, it is not affected by momentary strong light exposure to change the working state.

16. Time period control: Set working time periods based on the living habits of target pests.

17. Rain control system device: a separate drainage system structure that automatically discharges rainwater, effectively separates rain insects, and prevents water accumulation inside the box.
