Automatically calibrated zoom lens.The patent's 12:1 AccuCentricTM zoom lens undergoes recalibration after each magnification change to ensure the highest accuracy is maintained throughout the entire measurement process.
Positioning accuracy.The precision mechanical bearing XYZ platform driven by DC servo motor, three-axis control rod, and sturdy bridge structure ensure fast, smooth, and efficient movement of the measurement platform. The maximum positioning accuracy can be ensured when the workpiece on the platform moves along the Y-axis direction.
Multi functional lighting system.OGP's unique lighting technology has programming capabilities to display the most complex workpiece images, including prism shaped or cylindrical workpieces.
