This model is a CNC slotting machine specially developed for cutting the slots of motor rotor commutators. It is equipped with a CCD visual positioning system that can automatically scan and identify slot positions, ensuring the accuracy and precision of machining slot positions. The machine adopts Quanhe Fu motor transmission control, therefore it has good positioning accuracy and high stability. In addition, it is also equipped with an industrial vacuum cleaner, which can suck out the debris from the machine tool when cutting the spindle, achieving chip free processing. The rotating shaft is equipped with a servo motor and a high-precision harmonic reducer, resulting in extremely high rotational positioning accuracy and the ability to achieve 360 degree arbitrary rotation.
