1. Annual production line of 10000 to 20000 tons of heavy calcium carbonate

This production line consists of a calcium carbonate coarse crusher, a fine crusher, an ultrafine powder crushing ball mill, a turbine ultrafine classifier, an aggregate conveying system, a finished product packaging system, and an electrical control system. It can produce calcium carbonate powder materials with D97 sizes of 5 μ m, 8 μ m, and 10 μ m. This production line can be equipped with both calcium carbonate drying equipment and calcium carbonate surface treatment equipment.

2. Production line for crushing (dispersing) light calcium carbonate with an annual output of 20000 to 30000 tons

This production line consists of a calcium carbonate coarse crusher, a calcination shaft kiln, a CaO hydrolysis and impurity removal device, a carbonization device, a pressure filtration device, a drying equipment, an aggregate conveying system, a finished product packaging system, and an electrical control system. The production line can produce lightweight calcium carbonate nanoscale powder materials with a minimum size of 300 nanometers and various shapes, and can also be matched with calcium carbonate surface treatment equipment.

3. Graphite spheroidization fully automatic production line

This complete set of equipment is a specialized production line for spherical graphite negative electrode materials used in lithium-ion batteries. It can simultaneously complete the crushing, spheroidization, particle size grading, and finished product packaging of spherical graphite ultrafine powder. The processing and production equipment is connected end-to-end, and after the first level of crushing and classification, it directly enters the next level for cyclic classification and crushing. It is transported by pipelines and adopts a fully enclosed device. The dusty air is treated by two-stage dust removal to achieve pollution-free emissions. The process adopts fully automatic control, with simple operation, greatly reducing energy consumption and improving recovery rate. The equipment used in this production line is environmentally friendly, efficient, and has advanced and reasonable processes. 4. Carbon black fully automatic production line

At present, more than 90% of carbon black in China is produced using the oil furnace process, which has been difficult for the carbon black production industry to escape the "black" era due to issues such as dust pollution. This complete set of equipment adopts the company's independently developed crushing equipment, which uses mechanical grinding physical methods to crush carbon black. The crushed materials are collected by matching devices such as collectors, pulses, and fans, and then surface coating modification is carried out on the materials by mechanical impact to improve their dispersibility and obtain modified carbon black that meets the requirements for use. The entire equipment adopts the integrated production process of "ultrafine grinding and modification", which greatly solves the problems of dust pollution in carbon black production and makes the entire product clean and environmentally friendly during the production process. The entire process adopts automatic control, greatly simplifying the production process, improving production efficiency, and thereby reducing production costs.
