It can also eliminate the process of cleaning the workpiece. OL-RZ is made of particle steel and treated with TICN on the surface to improve its heat resistance, wear resistance, and durability;
HP-RZ oil-free high-performance iron free extrusion wire tapping adopts particle compressed steel and TICN treatment, specially designed for iron free extrusion wire tapping made of high hardness steel. Generally, ironless extrusion wire tapping is only suitable for soft steel because the threads are formed by plastic forming and are not suitable for high hardness steel.
