Purification principle of carbon supported nitrogen gas
O2 + C ----- CO + CO2
The principle of using oxygen and palladium carbon fiber to react under catalytic action to produce carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide is utilized. The residual oxygen in nitrogen gas reacts in a deaerator equipped with efficient palladium carbon fiber to remove oxygen impurities, and then undergoes two-stage drying and dehydration through cooling and adsorption to obtain high-purity nitrogen gas. The core component of deoxygenation is palladium carbon fiber, and precious metals such as palladium play a catalytic role in palladium carbon fiber.

Note: Raw gas has a higher oxygen content and dew point, so it is necessary to consider graded deoxygenation and dehydration. It is recommended to use a nitrogen oxygen content of ≤ 0.1%, which can greatly reduce the consumption of carbon deoxidizer and lower the cost of use.


Principle of hydrogenation nitrogen purification
O2 + H2 ----- HO2
The principle of using oxygen and hydrogen to react under the action of a catalyst to generate water is utilized. Hydrogen is added to nitrogen gas, and the mixture reacts in a deaerator equipped with an efficient catalyst to remove oxygen impurities. After cooling and adsorption, the mixture is dried and dehydrated in two stages to obtain high-purity nitrogen gas.
