Yihexing Semiconductor Oven adopts intelligent temperature controller to achieve automated baking and process management. Easy to control, simple to operate, and highly flexible. High precision control, intelligent operation, and user-friendly construction greatly improve production efficiency! The design of semiconductor ovens has durability and high performance, using a high-capacity horizontal air recirculation system to maximize temperature uniformity and performance. It is an ideal equipment for annealing, heat treatment, stress relief, adhesive firing, ceramic baking, and a range of other high-temperature treatments.

●Adjustable inert gas air supply system, including flow meter, bidirectional gas control valve, high flow air supply for cyclic start-up, and low flow regulation

●The entire cavity is fully welded with argon arc welding to prevent air from entering the oven and save inert gas

●The internal material is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, which is corrosion-resistant. The box is continuously filled with nitrogen to keep the working chamber of the oven in a low oxygen and clean state

●The outer material is SPCC steel plate, which has been washed with soda water and treated with powder coating paint to provide long-lasting corrosion protection

●Adjustable wind speed to ensure adaptability to different categories of products

●Using fiberglass insulation to ensure the surface temperature of the cabinet

●Independent over temperature protection, as well as ground fault protection, etc

●High capacity horizontal air recirculation system and electric heating system can achieve performance temperature uniformity
