The instrument is made of stainless steel and special materials that are resistant to chemicals. The fully automatic nitrogen blower consists of an automatic lifting device, a terminal sensor, a sample holder, a gas distribution system, and a water bath.

1. Automatic lifting device
The nitrogen blowing needle automatically lowers as the liquid level in the nitrogen blowing tube decreases, which can greatly ensure nitrogen blowing efficiency, save nitrogen gas consumption, improve concentration efficiency, and shorten concentration time.
2. Terminal Sensor
When the liquid level in the nitrogen blowing tube drops to the preset position, the instrument automatically senses the endpoint, the concentration process ends, and the sample holder automatically rises.
3. Sample rack
Built in lifting device can drive the sample rack to automatically rise and fall. Circular design, can hold 24 sample tubes, suitable for 15ml and 50ml.
4. Gas distribution system
Nitrogen blower for residual concentration detectionThe gas flow rate of the entire system can be adjusted, and each air duct is equipped with a gas switch, which facilitates the selection of nitrogen blowing tubes as needed and effectively controls gas consumption. The height of the airway can be freely adjusted up and down. When the concentration process is completed, the gas supply can be automatically stopped to prevent gas waste.
5. Water bath pot
The AutoNE-24 fully automatic nitrogen blower features a circular design and is made entirely of stainless steel material; Temperature control range of water bath: room temperature~90 ℃, temperature control accuracy: ± 1 ℃.
