1: Product Features and Applications
Generally, PVC insulated and sheathed compensating wires or cables have excellent moisture-proof, wear-resistant, and flame-retardant properties; High temperature resistant fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed compensation conductor or cable adopts continuous extrusion process, which has more advantages of high temperature resistance, cold resistance, acid, alkali, oil and water resistance, non flame retardancy, aging resistance, etc. The product quality is higher than the provisions of the national standard GB/T4989-94 (equivalent to IEC584-3).
The compensating wire or cable used in the intrinsic safety explosion-proof temperature measurement system adopts a low capacitance and low inductance material structure, which has explosion-proof safety performance and is suitable for connecting explosion-proof thermocouples with explosion-proof temperature measurement instruments in environments with explosive hazards, forming an intrinsic safety thermocouple temperature measurement system.
2: Product execution standards
GB/T4989-94 (equivalent to IEC584-3 standard)
3: Usage characteristics
1. High working temperature of conductor: heat-resistant grade: perfluoroalkoxy (F46) 200 ℃
Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene 260 ℃
Silicone rubber at 180 ℃
Ordinary grade: polyvinyl chloride at 70 ℃ and 105 ℃, cross-linked polyethylene at 90 ℃
Low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin at 70 ℃, cross-linked at 90 ℃ and 125 ℃
2. Low ambient temperature: PVC sheath: fixed installation -40 ℃, non fixed installation -15 ℃
Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath: fixed installation -60 ℃, non fixed installation -20 ℃
3. Allowable bending radius for cables: For non armored cables, the minimum bending radius is 6 times the outer diameter
Copper tape shielding or steel tape armor point cables are very small, with a diameter of 12 times the outer diameter of the cable
Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath are very small, 10 times the outer diameter of the cable
