4、 Structure and working principle
1. The machine consists of an upper shell, a lower shell, a discharge port, a feeding hopper, an angle steel frame, hammer blades, cutting tools, etc.
2. When crushing, the thickness of the crushed material is controlled by the size of the sieve holes, and different sieves can be replaced.
3. When cutting grass alone, the sieve can be removed.
5、 Installation and Debugging
1. The machine should be installed on a flat and sturdy site during operation.
2. Equip and install the motor as required by regulations.
3. Before installing the belt, it is necessary to check whether the rotation direction of the indexing power is consistent with the cutting direction of the grass cutter. After confirming that it is correct, adjust the installation belt and ensure that the belt tension is appropriate.
4. Before starting, check and adjust the clearance between the moving and fixed blades of the grass cutting machine, so that the clearance adjustment is controlled below 0.8 millimeters without collision, and then tighten the bolts.
5. After confirming that all parts are adjusted normally and there are no errors, connect the power supply for trial operation, check whether the fasteners of each part are loose, and whether there are any abnormal sounds in the rotating parts.
6、 Safe operation and maintenance
1. Before starting up, it is necessary to read the user manual carefully and adjust and maintain it according to its fixed position. The operator must master the structure and functional requirements of the machine. 2. The supporting power must meet the requirements and it is not allowed to increase the spindle speed without authorization.
3. Before starting up, check if the operating direction is the same as the cutting direction, otherwise it is strictly prohibited to start up.
4. Hard objects such as metal and stones must not be mixed into the materials that need to be cut, otherwise it may cause damage to the machine.
5. After the machine has been running for a few hours, it is necessary to observe whether each component is loose and regularly add grease to the bearings.
6. When feeding the material, the operator's hands must not be close to the blade to avoid personal injury accidents. The feeding should be uniform and appropriate, not too much or too little, sometimes fast and sometimes slow.
7. It is strictly prohibited to work under the influence of alcohol, illness, or excessive fatigue. It is also strictly prohibited for individuals with gloves, intellectual disabilities, minors under 18 years old, elderly people over 60 years old, and those who have not mastered the rules for using the grass cutting machine to operate it alone.
8. In the workplace, if grass blockage or other faults are found, the power should be immediately turned off and the fault should be eliminated before starting the operation. It is strictly prohibited to operate the machine with defects.
9. Non staff members who are not familiar with the performance of the local mechanism are not allowed to turn on the machine casually. 10. When the machine is not in use for a long time, it should be stored indoors or in a shed to prevent rusting.
