(l) Filter strip. It is required to have high tensile strength, resistance to bending, acid and alkali, and resistance to temperature changes. At the same time, the specific properties of the sludge should be considered, and suitable weaving textures should be selected to make the filter belt have good breathability and interception performance for sludge particles.

(2) The deviation adjustment system of the roller press cylinder. Usually accomplished through pneumatic devices.
(3) The tensioning system of the filter belt. Usually controlled by pneumatic systems. The tension of the filter belt is generally controlled between 0.3-0.7MPa, with a commonly used value of 0.5MPa.

(4) Speed control of sludge dewatering machine. Different types of sludge have different requirements for belt speed. The sludge dewatering machine has an optimal belt speed control range for any specific type of sludge. Within this range, the dewatering system can ensure a certain processing capacity and obtain high-quality sludge cake.
