1、 Preface
The scarcity of human water resources has promoted the development of water treatment technology, and the addition of chemical agents is the most commonly used technical measure in water treatment engineering. However, in many water treatment projects, the outdated equipment for adding chemicals results in tedious manual operations, high-value chemical waste, and even affects the normal production of industrial and mining enterprises.
The development of new dosing equipment is a necessity of the times, and the GCF-A dosing device adapts to the new trend of water treatment technology needs. The GCF-A dosing device can automatically, accurately, and quantitatively add water treatment agents according to the requirements of water treatment technology, such as scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, disinfectants and sterilizers for circulating water treatment, coagulants and coagulants for water purification treatment, nutrients and coagulants for sewage treatment, dewatering agents for sludge treatment, and so on. The GCF-A dosing device is suitable for various water treatment devices, such as circulating water systems with water volumes ranging from tens of thousands of tons per hour.

1. Accurate and constant dosage of medication
The dosing device adopts a uniquely designed drug flow regulation device and a high-performance drug dosage control device, which can automatically directly set the dosing solution without the need for secondary dilution of the solution, achieving high precision and stability of drug dosing. During the dosing process, it can achieve constant dosing according to the pre-set dosing amount.
2. Large dosing capacity and wide adaptability
The dosing device has a large storage capacity and can work for a long time after being filled with medication once. The dosing device can greatly adjust the dosage, and the maximum dosing amount can be 50 times greater than the minimum dosing amount. In addition, it is suitable for adding various viscosity agents.
3. Easy to operate and manage
The dosing device has fewer power equipment and the flow valve is easy to adjust. It realizes automatic constant dosage continuous dosing and is equipped with an unexpected sound and light alarm device. Normal operation does not require staff supervision. The working cycle is scheduled from more than 10 days to one year according to the size of the dosage.
4. Energy saving and conservation
The dosing device only starts the medication lifting pump once when storing medication, and there is no power equipment for normal operation, saving energy.
5. The dosage of the medication is easy to adjust
When there are changes in water quality or quantity, or when changing the water treatment formula requires a change in the dosage of chemicals, simply adjust the dosage control handle to change the dosage and meet the dosing requirements.
6. Easy to install and maintain
All structural components of the dosing device are manufactured in the factory, and on-site installation only requires a small amount of installation work such as calibration of ball valves and regulating valves to be put into operation.

The various components of the dosing device are placed inside a refrigerator, with a square shape and beautiful appearance. 3、 Working methods
When starting to add medication, it is necessary to start the self-contained medication lifting pump in the dosing device and use a hose to pump the medication from the medication barrel into the storage tank. The lifting pump has self-priming ability and does not require liquid injection into the pump body before operation. After filling the medicine storage box with the liquid medicine, the dosage can be adjusted, and the medication can be administered for action.

5、 Parameters of imported water pipes and liquid outlet pipes

By utilizing the back pressure at the outlet of the drug solution, the drug solution can be sent to a drug injection point at a certain height and distance.
6、 Operation instrument and operation error alarm
During the process of drug lifting, the pump operation indicator light will be displayed on the straightening plate, and the switch button for the drug lifting pump will be located on the front plate of the dosing device. When the drug storage tank in the dosing device is full and the operator fails to stop the drug lifting pump in time, the pump can automatically stop to prevent the drug from overflowing.
When the dosing device malfunctions during operation, the lights and sound signals on the front panel can simultaneously sound an accident alarm, prompting the operator to take timely measures to troubleshoot. For detailed information, please refer to the operation manual.
