New MASTER Series Ultra High Throughput Closed Microwave Digestion/Extraction Workstation
After the successful launch of the 40 tank high-throughput microwave digestion/extraction workstation by Xinyi Company in 2010, it has filled the gap between domestic microwave chemical instruments and similar foreign products, and received good market feedback. In 2012, the new instrument further increased the usage limit of microwave sample pretreatment instruments to unprecedented heights both domestically and internationally. The all-new MASTER 70 tank ultra high flux sealed microwave digestion/extraction workstation is the product of Xinyi Company's 20-year microwave chemistry research and development process, surpassing similar foreign products after digestion and absorption. Its core technology surpasses similar foreign products. These core technologies include the material and processing technology of the digestion outer tank, the design of high-throughput digestion rotors, unique piezoelectric crystal pressure measurement technology, patented technology for continuous rotation of digestion rotors in the same direction inside the furnace cavity, and so on, all of which reflect innovation and breakthroughs in the industry.
With the popularization of mass spectrometry and other analytical instruments, there is an increasing demand for fast, efficient, and high-throughput microwave sample pretreatment instruments. However, existing foreign high-throughput microwave digestion products generally have defects such as low pressure, easy leakage, easy deformation of tank caps, uneven microwave heating, and heavy operation. The new MASTER series closed microwave digestion instrument is a new high-throughput microwave sample pretreatment instrument developed to address these common problems. Its unique innovative technology is reflected in:
1. The high-throughput tank rack is connected as a whole with high-strength alloy material pull rods, which have strong pressure support (≥ 10000Kg). The top and bottom of each digestion tank are strongly supported by the tank rack in the vertical direction, ensuring that the digestion tank will not deform or leak under pressure ≤ 4MPa and temperature ≤ 250 ℃. (Similar foreign products generally operate at a temperature not exceeding 210 ℃)2. The high-throughput tank rack design allows the microwave field inside the furnace to stir with the rotation of the rack, heating up to 40-70 high-throughput digestion tanks in a uniformly distributed microwave field.
3. Consumables such as explosion-proof membranes have been eliminated, and a patented safety relief bursting disc device has been adopted to ensure that the digestion tank is completely sealed under normal working conditions (pressure ≤ 4MPa, temperature ≤ 250 ℃). Only when the pressure inside the tank reaches the specified strength that poses a threat to safety, the bursting disc will automatically rupture, and the tank cover will automatically rise to release pressure, achieving quantitative vertical bursting pressure relief and ensuring safe operation. Under normal operating conditions, the safety relief rupture disc will not rupture and does not require replacement. (Similar foreign products start to automatically release pressure when the working temperature exceeds 200 ℃, relying on the deformation of the can cover surface to achieve pressure relief. However, due to the non-metallic material of the can cover surface, it is not easy to recover after deformation under temperature and pressure. After several uses, it loses its elasticity and the ability to continue sealing. Therefore, there is often a decrease in sample size and dryness in the digestion tank, which leads to a decrease in recovery rate.)
4. The temperature and pressure measurement and control device and digestion tank rotate synchronously in the same direction as the turntable. Through patented junction box technology, the turntable always rotates in one direction without stopping, without the need for 360 degree back and forth rotation. There is no pause during the rotation process, and microwave heating is more uniform; The temperature and pressure measurement and control cable is very short, without any winding or twisting during operation, and easy to install and disassemble; The turntable motor has a low load and a long service life.
