New GZL dry roller press granulatorWorking principle: Powdered materials are quantitatively and evenly fed into the main material hopper through a vibrating feeding hopper and a transverse spiral feeding hopper, so as to maintain a constant amount of particles in the main material hopper. Then, the longitudinal conical spiral in the main material hopper compresses the powder and transports it to the arc-shaped groove of two pressure rollers. The two pressure rollers have evenly distributed semi-circular or diamond shaped grooves with the same shape on their surfaces. Through the meshing transmission of a pair of gears, the two pressure rollers rotate at the same speed and in the opposite direction, and the material conveyed by the conical spiral to the groove is bitten into the groove and compressed instantly. After compression molding, the material gradually decreases with pressure and falls off from the groove under the action of its elastic force and gravity, entering the crushing process. Whole grain system, then sieve, grade, and obtain uniform granular products that meet quality requirements according to the user's particle size requirements, The sieved powder is returned to the vibrating hopper for recycling.
