Narrow aisle shelvingIt is a special storage method derived from the crossbeam rack, with a fully assembled structure in the form of column pieces and crossbeams. The difference from the crossbeam rack is the installation of a "three-way stacking forklift" action guide rail on the bottom ground of the rack. The guide rail commonly uses unequal angle steel.
The characteristic of narrow aisle shelves is that the channel width is small, which increases the utilization of storage space and allows for faster storage and retrieval of goods.
Characteristics of narrow aisle shelving structure:
Narrow aisle shelving, also known as VNA shelving, specifically refers to the system in which the forklift used in the conventional beam shelving system is a three-way forklift. Compared with the conventional pallet shelving system, the difference is that the aisle width of the narrow aisle pallet shelving system is much smaller, generally around 1600-2000mm, and the space utilization rate is increased by about 20%. In addition, guide rails must be installed on both sides of the aisle to guide the three-way forklift.
Characteristics of narrow aisle shelving products:
1. The bottom of the narrow aisle shelf is equipped with a "three-way stacking forklift" action guide rail on the ground, which is used in conjunction with the three-way forklift;
2. 100% optional;
3. Fast storage efficiency and very high storage density;
4. Save land area and improve storage efficiency.
