The NYP internal mesh high viscosity pump mainly consists of: inner and outer rotors, shaft, pump body, front cover, bracket, seal, bearings, etc. There are two forms of seals: mechanical seals and packing seals. For media with high temperature, high viscosity, and strong corrosiveness, packing seals are preferred.Internal mesh high viscosity pumpWhen conveying materials that are prone to crystallization, insulation jackets can be designed on the front cover and pump body, which are melted by steam insulation during operation. When viewed from the extended end of the main shaft towards the pump, it rotates clockwise.
