The NDJ-1 rotary viscometer is a mechanical pointer type rotary viscometer that can measure the viscous resistance and dynamic viscosity of liquids ov
Product details
Usage Overview:
NDJ-1Type rotary viscometerFor mechanical pointer typeRotational ViscometerIt can measure the viscous resistance and dynamic viscosity of liquids over a large range, and can be widely used for measuring the viscosity of various fluids such as oils, paints, plastics, food, drugs, adhesives, etc.
Product features:
1. Using a synchronous motor to rotate at a stable speed, connected to a dial, and then driven by a balance spring and shaft to rotate the rotor.
2. Adopting a gear system and clutch for variable speed, operated by a dedicated rotary knob, with four speed settings that can be selected according to measurement needs.
3. Equipped with four types of rotors from 1 to 4, with four preset speeds, the speed can be selected according to the viscosity of the measured liquid to meet different measurement requirements.
4. Equipped with a pointer fixed control device (pointer control rod), it is easy to read accurate readings when the speed is fast.
Technical indicators:
1. Measurement range: (10-100000) mPa · s;
2. Measurement error: ± 5% (F · S);
3. Measuring rotors: No.1, No.2, No.3, No.4 rotors;
4. Rotor speed: 6 revolutions per minute, 12 revolutions per minute, 30 revolutions per minute, 60 revolutions per minute;
5. Power supply: AC220V ± 10%50Hz±10%;
6. Dimensions: 300mm × 300mm × 450mm;
7. Net weight: 2kg (excluding bracket).
Installation of NDJ-1 rotational viscometer:
1. Remove the storage box, fixed bracket, and lifting column from the packaging box.
2. Screw the lifting column into the screw hole at the rear of the fixed bracket, with the tooth shaped surface on the column facing directly behind the bracket. Use a wrench to tighten the hex nut to prevent the column from rotating.
3. Rotate the knob of the lifting chuck to check the flexibility and self-locking of the lifting chuck. If it is found to be too loose or too tight, use a cross or straight screwdriver to adjust the tightening and loosening screws of the chuck at the rear of the long lowering section, so that it can be lifted up and down. It is advisable to tighten it slightly to prevent automatic falling after installing the viscosity meter.
4. Open the storage box, take out the viscometer, install the viscometer on the lifting clamp, tighten the handle fixing screw, remove the rubber band on the pointer control rod, loosen the screw on the protective cap of the lower shaft of the instrument, and remove the protective cap.
5. Adjust the level adjustment screw to keep the instrument level.
6. After completing the above preparations, connect the power supply.
