Product Usage:
Characteristics of NBR rubber gasket:
1. Nitrile rubber is currently one of the most commonly used rubbers for oil seals and O-rings; It has good wear resistance, oil resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, and high-pressure oil resistance, as well as good compressibility, wear resistance, and elongation.
2. Acrylic nitrile is copolymerized with butadiene, with an acrylic nitrile content ranging from 18% to 50%. The higher the acrylic nitrile content, the better the resistance to petroleum and hydrocarbon fuel oils, but the low-temperature performance deteriorates.
3. Nitrile rubber is a component seal and currently the most widely used and cost-effective rubber seal.
NBR rubber sheet usage:
1. Nitrile rubber is mainly suitable for industrial, automotive, hydraulic, oil cylinder, and oil seal applications.
2. The general temperature range is 100 ℃. The conventional hardness of nitrile rubber is 70 °.
