Extrusion mold: Adopting the latest design of multi-layer composite co extrusion head and spiral diversion flow channel design, it has the characteristics of uniform discharge, easy adjustment, and easy elimination of extrusion fusion lines.

Vacuum shaping device: Vacuum spray box, spray cooling box or high-efficiency cooling water tank, all parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel material.

Tractor: Two jaw belt or rubber track tractor, to meet the production requirements of different pipes.

Single station rewinding machine: The rewinding torque is adjustable, with wire arranging function, suitable for rewinding pipes with a diameter of φ 110mm.

Electrical control system: There are multiple electrical control systems to choose from (such as PLC automation control system), which are easy to control and have stable performance.

The equipment in the picture is an HDPE six layer co extrusion composite pipe extrusion equipment, with a minimum wall thickness of 0.12mm for a single layer. The processed products are mainly used for petroleum transportation pipelines.
