It mainly consists of grain insect traps, temperature and humidity sensors, O2, CO2, and PH3 gas sensors, channel selectors, transmission pipelines and communication cables, sampling and detection devices outside the warehouse, central computers, and comprehensive management and analysis software. Firstly, the grain insect trap installed in the warehouse captures the surrounding grain insects. Then, the sampling and detection device outside the warehouse (which is equipped with a vacuum pump) uses the negative pressure principle to quickly collect the captured grain insects and surrounding gas into the insect storage bottle in the external detection device along the transmission pipeline connected to the channel selector. Before entering the insect storage bottle, the red light source grain insect statistical sensor installed in the detection device and the gas sensor installed in the gas chamber can be used to count, identify, and analyze the gas composition or concentration of the captured grain insects. The temperature and humidity sensors installed in the warehouse can also be used to detect the temperature and humidity of various parts of the grain warehouse. Finally, the detection results are quickly transmitted to the remote central computer through the communication system, and various grain situation analysis and statistical reports are formed through system management and analysis software. The grain situation is comprehensively analyzed and judged (normal, abnormal, possible pest or toxic mold), and the activities of stored grain pests and changes in the grain situation in the warehouse are tracked and monitored in real-time from all aspects, so that the warehouse management personnel can take corresponding effective measures in a timely manner to ensure the quality and safety of grain. This is conducive to scientific and green grain storage, improves the working environment, and enhances labor efficiency.
