The bubble cleaner uses high-pressure airflow generated by a vortex air pump to impact, massage, and scrub materials through a group of bubbles generated by an aeration tube immersed in a water tank, preventing manual scrubbing. It peels off soil, sand, plant stems, branches, leaves, and other debris adhering to vegetables, and foreign objects with small specific gravity and volume will sink to the bottom of the tank under its own gravity and be discharged from the sewage outlet. Floating objects with small specific gravity enter the floating object retrieval device under the push of water flow and fluctuations, while larger materials enter the next process.

This machine is made of food grade 304 stainless steel, except for the motor, water pump, reducer, and bearings. The cleaning water adopts a unique filter water tank design for the treatment of sediment impurities. Through the water circulation of the circulating water pump, impurities enter the filter box, and the impurities are intercepted by three filters to leave them outside the water tank. Floating objects are discharged through the overflow port at the upper end, ensuring the cleanliness of the water tank and timely removal of impurities to ensure the cleaning effect of the product.
