WBF series multi-purpose experimental machine
The WBF multifunctional fluidized bed experimental machine is a powerful research and development equipment specially designed for scientific research institutions and universities. Its design balances flexibility and applicability, and can complete functions such as drying, granulation, coating, and preparation of microspheres in one device.
Production type multifunctional fluidized bed
The WBF series fluidized bed is a versatile fluidized bed process equipment developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing similar foreign equipment. Its design purpose is to perform drying, granulation, pill making, coating, and wrapping in the same equipment. According to different process objectives, three processes ("top spray", "bottom spray", "tangent spray") can be adopted to achieve this.
By replacing different fluidized bed devices, three types of process operations can be carried out, while other functional systems can be shared (air handling system, fuselage components, liquid supply system, air supply system, control system). Different fluidized bed structures are the most crucial technology. The three processes have different abilities, and their fundamental difference lies only in the fluidization of materials and the spraying method of liquids.
