1. The multi column mouthwash packaging machine adopts a 304 stainless steel storage hopper with a large capacity. In addition, the hopper made of 304 stainless steel will not produce certain corrosiveness due to liquid materials, thus protecting the service life of the machine body and not contaminating the mouthwash liquid. A three pronged conveying device is installed at the bottom of the hopper, with 10 independent discharge pipes connected to peristaltic pumps.

2. This machine uses 10 peristaltic pumps for individual filling of liquid materials, and each pipeline is independently controlled. Due to the 10 peristaltic pumps, this machine is also a 10 column packaging machine, which can complete the packaging of 10 products in one cut, with better efficiency than previous single column machines. Ten peristaltic pumps are connected to metal feeding tubes using soft rubber tubing to deliver mouthwash into bags for sealing.
