1. Introduction
The communication of CK-T150 card reader is based on MODBUS RTU communication protocol, including the configuration of station ID, baud rate, card reading mode, etc. of the card reader, as well as the reading and writing operations of tags, all of which can be implemented through MODBUS communication instructions.
Without special configuration, the card reader defaults to MODBUS RTU slave. Therefore, as long as there is no problem with the connection, communication settings, and knowing the slave station number (or using broadcast address 0), the card reader can always be found by the MUDBUS host. When the card reader is configured to other working modes, the communication mode will act as the master, but it can still receive configuration information in MODBUS slave mode.
When the card reader is configured in non-standard MODBUS mode, it can be reconfigured using our company's matching configuration software, or the settings can be changed by sending configuration commands through MODBUS.

4.2 Signal indication
Red LED: Power indicator light
Green LED: Label detection and communication indicator light
The working process of the card reader: After the card reader is connected to the power supply, the red LED lights up continuously, and the card reader enters the automatic tuning state and performs self adjustment
After successful self inspection, the green LED will light up for 0.5 seconds. When the card reader detects the presence of an RFID tag, the green LED will remain on for a long time. The green LED flashes intermittently during card reader communication.
4.3 Working ProcessAfter the CK-T150 power on self-test is completed, it enters the automatic card reading mode. After scanning the tag information, the green LED indicates and stores the tag data in the corresponding register, waiting for the user to read it. This scanning method, which does not require customer intervention, is particularly suitable for logistics management, AGV station control, and other situations that require high-speed card reading.
