The structural form of the blending tank generally adopts a vertical structure, some with upper flat head and lower conical head, some with upper and lower standard elliptical head, some with upper elliptical head and lower conical head, and some with upper and lower conical head. The tank support forms include leg support, support support, ear support, and skirt support. The mixing system adopts suitable mixing forms for product blending. Common mixing forms based on material characteristics include anchor mixing, scraping wall mixing, pushing mixing, frame mixing, etc. The mixing motor function ranges from 0.5kw to 105kw. The motor reducer adopts a well-known brand, with low noise, no shaking or vibration. According to the size of the tank, the connection form between the tank body and the head includes container flange connection and welding production. Manholes, frame mirrors, feeding and discharging ports, spare ports, cleaning ports, mirror lights, etc. shall be provided at the top of the tank according to the needs.
