A heating can is a device used for heating in beverage production lines. In the process of beverage production, the preparation of liquid beverages usually requires various methods of processing various raw materials, and heating is one of the main processing methods. Liquid beverages that usually require hot filling need to maintain a suitable filling temperature before filling to protect the quality of the filled product, so the heating tank is the main equipment for hot filling production.
Scope of application:
1. Can be used as a storage tank, mixing tank, temporary storage tank, blending tank, etc.
Suitable for fields such as food, dairy products, alcoholic beverages, fruit juice drinks, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and biotechnology.
Structural features:
1. Using an inner cylinder with an outer shell, the middle is heated with a Miller plate, and the outer shell is filled with insulation material;
2. All materials are sanitary grade stainless steel;
3. Humanized structural design, easy to operate;
4. The transition section of the inner wall of the cylinder adopts an R-arc transition, without any sanitary dead corners.
Classified by heating method:
Steam heating and electric heating.
Technical parameters of heating tank:
Note: If the customer has special requirements, production can be made according to the customer's requirements. The total height (H) is based on the data obtained from the discharge port height of 800mm. If the discharge port height is changed, the total height (H) will be adjusted accordingly.
