Yihexing fully automatic stainless steel nitrogen gas cabinet is equipped with a new generation microcomputer sensing automatic control system for nitrogen filling. The gas flow rate and pressure can be adjusted to quickly flush nitrogen into the cabinet, making the pressure inside the cabinet slightly higher than the ambient gas pressure, maintaining sufficient nitrogen concentration, and better controlling the dryness and oxidation resistance inside the cabinet. The control box integrates the control system into a separate module, which not only has high stability, but also facilitates later replacement and maintenance upgrades. The core components inside the control box are imported to ensure the control accuracy of the product and the overall stable operation of the equipment. High requirements for storing moisture sensitive components, rapid dehumidification and drying, and frequent opening and closing of doors play a crucial role in on-site operations for protection. The control system is designed to operate continuously 24 hours a day for many years, and with the optional addition of a composite humidity control and nitrogen saving host, it not only provides power-off dehumidification protection, but also saves at least twice as much nitrogen gas. The microcomputer automation design automatically stops running when the set value is reached, and the host will be in a semi stopped running state, extending its service life.
The combination of nitrogen concentration and oxygen content control in fully automatic stainless steel nitrogen gas cabinets will completely change the future high storage standards. Coupled with the multi process precision processing of box body sheet metal automation, it will better assist domestic and foreign enterprises in aligning with the 4.0 era and achieving intelligent production.
▲Automatic nitrogen charging:
Adopting an automatic sensing system, it automatically controls according to the set value, and the gas flow rate and pressure can be adjusted to quickly flush nitrogen into the cabinet, making the pressure inside the cabinet slightly higher than the ambient gas pressure and maintaining sufficient nitrogen concentration. When the set value is exceeded, the system will automatically turn on the nitrogen supply, providing balanced gas supply to ensure a more uniform distribution of nitrogen inside the box. When the set value is reached, the system will automatically cut off the nitrogen supply and the machine will be in a semi stopped state, extending its service life.
▲Control method:
The controller adopts a high-definition dual digital control screen, with independent operation for humidity control and temperature display. The temperature display range is -9 ℃ to 99 ℃, with an accuracy of ± 1 ℃. The humidity display range is 1% to 99% RH, with an accuracy of ± 3% RH. The temperature and humidity sensors are designed with a Swiss imported Sensirion temperature and humidity sensor dedicated acquisition module for easy calibration and maintenance.
▲Structural features:
➣ Sealed box body: T1.2mm SUS304 premium stainless steel material is selected, and the material is cleaned and rust proofed through multiple procedures before production. Precise argon arc welding ensures smooth welding points and good sealing performance of the box body.
Cabinet door window: The door frame window is made of high-strength press fit 5.0mm tempered glass The door switch adopts a flat pressure integrated handle lock with anti-theft function.
➣ Sealing method: Airtight design, aging resistance, anti oxidation magnetic sealing strip is used at the joint between the door and the door frame to ensure the sealing inside the box
➣ Reserved upgrade: Adopting a modular design, with reserved expansion interfaces, low humidity and automatic nitrogen charging can be upgraded when needed
