The KS type mining vibrating screen series is a screening equipment widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, coal, electricity, building materials, refractory materials, etc. for large block and small and medium-sized particle materials. Screen body structure: Each part of the screen body is welded from rolled steel plates and profiles (some components are connected by high-strength bolts), with good overall rigidity, firm and reliable. The screen body (vibrating part) is supported by springs under the lower base, providing good vibration isolation effect. The KS mining vibrating screen is driven by a vibration motor or a regular motor externally or by a self vibration source, causing the screen body to undergo periodic reciprocating vibration along the direction of the excitation force. The material moves in a parabolic motion along a straight line on the screen surface, thereby achieving the purpose of screening. When the mining vibrating screen is working, the excitation force generated by the exciter is transmitted to the screen surface inside the screen box through the screen box. Due to this repetitive material movement, the material falls into the screen box from the feeding end, quickly moves forward, loosens, passes through the screen, and completes the screening operation.

The structure is reasonable, sturdy and durable. The vibration reduction system consists of rubber springs, support seats, and other components.
