The Longtuo compensation micro pressure gauge consists of a fine-tuning part, a leveling observation part, a reflector part, and a housing part

1. Leveling observation section - A water level head is installed inside the observation cylinder to observe the changes in the liquid level inside the cylinder after being pressurized by the dynamic pressure tube.

2. Shell part - supported by the shell and crossbeam, the long screw is equipped with a leveling bubble and adjusting screw on the shell to adjust the verticality of the screw and dynamic pressure tube of the micro pressure gauge.

3. The reflector part is fixed on the mirror shell by a reflector, which reflects the contact between the water level head inside the observation tube and the liquid surface, so that the tip of the water level head is in contact with the shadow tip of its reflection, indicating the adjustment of the micro pressure gauge reading "base point"

4. Fine adjustment section - consisting of a fine adjustment disc engraved with 200 equal parts, fixed on a long screw. When the long screw moves, the water receiver moves up or down. A gauge block is installed on the static pressure nozzle of the water receiver, which moves between the gauge plate and the character plate to indicate the displacement height of the water receiver

YJB1500Mining compensation micro pressure gauge

Compensating micro pressure gauge is a relatively precise pressure measuring instrument that can be used to calibrate other differential pressure gauges. It is composed of water containers A and B connected by a rubber hose. Container B is fixed and equipped with a water level head. Container A can move up and down. When measuring pressure, the larger pressure P1 is connected to the joint '+' and connected to B, and the smaller pressure P2 is connected to the joint '-' and connected to A. Rotate the screw to raise container A, and the water level in B will rise until it returns to the level of the water level head. At this point, the height raised by A corresponds to the water column height H caused by the pressure difference between P1-P2.
