Mineral water automatic production lineAfter the empty bottle enters the mineral water filling machine through the air duct, it is subjected to high-pressure spray washing on both the inside and outside of the bottle. The rinsing water used is finished mineral water. Next, we will proceed with the filling operation, filling the mineral water in the liquid tank into the bottle. We use an atmospheric pressure constant level filling valve. When the filling valve is opened at the top of the bottle, the liquid flows through the filling valve by its own gravity into the bottle. The filling valve is designed with a return pipe. When the liquid reaches a certain height and the return pipe is blocked, the liquid automatically stops filling, achieving the function of constant level filling. Next, we enter the capping process, which involves sealing the bottle mouth. The principle of capping is the same as when we usually twist bottle caps. After the filled bottled water is transferred to the capping mechanism, there are several anti rotation points at the part in contact with the bottle hanging position, which are used to fix the bottle from rotating. When it reaches a certain position, the capping head slowly descends, revolves and rotates, completing the capping operation. The entire process of bottle transfer is carried out by locking the bottle door with a star wheel, so a fully automatic three to one filling machine can replace bottles of various capacities, as long as the diameter of the bottle mouth is the same.
