JBW-300B microcomputer controlled impact testing machine
This impact testing machine is a microcomputer controlled semi-automatic impact testing machine used to test the resistance of metal materials to impact under dynamic loads. It is an essential testing instrument for metallurgical machinery manufacturing and other units, as well as an indispensable testing instrument for research institutions conducting new material research. This machine is a pendulum type impact test, controlled by a PC microcomputer (equipped with a hand box control), with electric swing and impact, microcomputer measurement, calculation, screen digital display results and printing, etc. It has high work efficiency and testing accuracy. After impacting the sample, use the remaining energy to automatically swing and prepare for the next impact test. Its superiority can be better demonstrated in laboratories that conduct continuous impact tests and in metallurgical and mechanical manufacturing departments that conduct a large number of impact tests. It can calculate and display the impact absorption energy, impact toughness, pendulum swing angle, and test average value of materials. Print the data and average value of the current experiment. According to user requirements, remote data transmission can also be achieved.
