The microcomputer controlled electronic testing machine is designed and manufactured according to standards such as GB/T16491-2008 "Electronic Testing Machines", GB/T2611-2007 "General Technical Requirements for Testing Machines", GB/T228-2010, as well as international standards such as ASTM and DIN. It is mainly used for performance testing and analysis of mechanical materials for metal, non-metal, composite materials and products. The computer system controls the servo motor rotation through a fully digital controller and a speed control system. After deceleration by a reduction system, it drives the moving crossbeam up and down through a precision ball screw pair to complete various mechanical performance tests such as tensile, compressive, bending, shear, etc. of the sample. In addition, different test attachments can be configured according to user requirements. The Jinan Huaxing dedicated AUTO STC8800 fully digital multi-channel force, deformation, and displacement fully digital three loop control system uses fully digital DSP filtering technology for data processing, and the control algorithm adopts advanced neuron adaptive PID control algorithm. It can adapt to changes in the control object by changing its synaptic weight value, and achieve online parameter identification, online optimization of control variables, and online switching of control loops.
