The fully disinfected pipette can disinfect the entire tube under high temperature and pressure conditions of 121 ℃ and 1atm for 20 minutes, without the need for special preparation. After disinfection, it must be left for more than 12 hours to fully cool and dry.
It is recommended to check the performance of the pipette after each round of high-temperature and high-pressure disinfection. It is also recommended to reapply lubricant to the piston and sealing ring of the pipette after every 10 rounds of high-temperature and high-pressure disinfection.
Each pipette has undergone factory testing and calibration in accordance with the requirements of ISO8655 before leaving the factory, and the claimed inaccuracy and precision are superior to the specified standards of ISO8655. During the use of pipettes, deviations may occur due to various reasons, and regular calibration is an important means to ensure their accuracy.
