
The flat series microporous aerator consists of a chassis, an air distribution plate, a synthetic rubber membrane, a compression ring, an air guide plate, and a connecting piece connecting the base and the air distribution pipe. The base is made of ABS plastic and has threads on both the base and the compression ring. The EPDM rubber membrane is covered on the air flow plate, which ensures that there is no air leakage around the membrane under the action of the fixing ring. The rubber membrane has evenly distributed holes and is processed by multiple special processes. Its performance is stable and resistant to medium concentrations of acid, alkali, oil and other media. It is an aerator that has been put into engineering operation for a long time. The support disk diameter of the flat plate micro porous aerator is 215, 250, and 300mm; the QMZM flat plate micro porous aerator has a unique check function, effectively preventing pollution from flowing back into the gas distribution pipeline when it stops running. This microporous aerator has both plug-in and threaded connection methods, and can be flexibly applied in various sewage treatment systems. It is a mature aeration device.
