The SCKF107 micro moisture analyzer adopts the classical theory of Karl Fischer microcoulometry. According to the law of electrolysis, the number of water molecules reacted is directly proportional to the number of charges. The instrument detects the number of charges involved in the reaction (Coulomb) and automatically converts it into the corresponding number of water molecules. Therefore, this method has extremely high testing accuracy, extremely low testing cost, and irreplaceable advantages over other testing methods; Can reliably determine trace amounts of moisture in liquid, gas, and solid samples. The instrument displays the measurement electrode signal in the form of a bar chart, intuitively indicating the water content of the electrolyte and depicting the real-time variation curve of electrolysis speed over time. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity, high precision, high reproducibility, low power consumption and energy-saving design. It can be equipped with a built-in battery for portable measurement and is widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical, power, pharmaceuticals, inspection, scientific research, and environmental protection.
