WPG-220 mini laboratory spray dryer is a self-developed and designed by Shandong Ono for the scientific research department of universities, research institutes and enterprises, which is engaged in small-scale and pilot research in the process of new product research and development. The processing capacity of feed liquid is only 100~1000ml/h, which is suitable for direct spray drying of some liquid materials in the stage of small-scale test. The liquid materials before drying are required to have good fluidity, filter clearly, be able to achieve pumping and atomization, and obtain fine powder products after drying. This machine is an experimental equipment, which is used to test whether the tested materials are suitable for spray drying, explore the influence of thermal parameters on the drying effect during the drying process, and provide samples for physical analysis of spray dried products.
At present, there are over a hundred domestic users and the product has been successfully sold to Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, breaking the monopoly of developed countries such as Europe and Japan in this field in China.

【 Working Principle 】
The liquid in the liquid cup is transported to the two fluid air flow nozzle at the top of the drying chamber through a peristaltic pump. In the drying chamber, it is atomized into small droplets by compressed air generated by an air compressor, and fully contacts with the hot air heated by an electric heater for heat and mass transfer, completing the drying process. Most of the moisture in the liquid is evaporated, and some of the dried products settle into the powder cup at the bottom of the drying chamber. The exhaust gas discharged from the drying chamber is separated into gas-solid in the cyclone separator, and the product is collected and collected in the powder cup. The exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere through a induced draft fan. Through the electrical control system, parameters such as inlet air temperature, exhaust air temperature, liquid feed rate, compressed air flow rate, and induced draft fan air volume can be adjusted according to different product performance requirements.
