The PWWDJ series internal electrolysis generator is a relatively complete wastewater treatment equipment that our factory has introduced advanced technology from Australia, and after years of research and development and continuous improvement, has been successfully developed. It is a processing technology with simple process flow, low investment cost, easy operation, low operating cost, and stable processing effect. It can be widely used in the treatment and reuse of various types of wastewater, such as electroplating wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, gas washing wastewater, chemical wastewater, wool washing wastewater, pulp and paper industry wastewater, pesticide wastewater, alcohol industry wastewater, beer wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, etc. It has the functions of turbidity and decolorization, reducing CODc and BOD5, and improving the biodegradability of wastewater, especially for decolorization and removal of heavy metals. Process principle:The iron chip microelectrolysis technology utilizes the potential difference between iron and carbon, using charged acidic wastewater as the electrolyte, to form countless micro battery circuits on the surface of iron and carbon, undergoing a series of oxidation and reduction reactions:
Anodic reaction: Fe-2e Fe2+E0 (Fe2+/Fe)=-0.44V
Cathodic reaction: 2H++2e → H2 ↑ E0 (H+/H2)=0.00V
When there is oxygen: O2+4H++4e → 2H2O E0 (O2)=1.23V
O2+2H2O+4e→40H-E0(O2/OH-)=0.40V
