By sending a 1KHz electromagnetic wave signal to the underground pipeline, the detector uses the principle that when the probe is perpendicular to the magnetic field lines and tangent to the ground plane, the received signal is the smallest (almost zero) to determine the direction and depth of the pipeline. Leak detection principle: By sending an AC signal source to the underground pipeline, when the anti-corrosion layer of the underground pipeline is corroded, the metal part at that location is short circuited with the ground, forming a current loop at the leakage point. The generated leakage point signal is radiated to the ground, and the radiation signal is maximized directly above the leakage point. Based on this principle, the leakage point can be accurately found. Leak detection method: The "human body capacitance method" is used, which uses the human body as the sensing element of the leak detector. When the leak detector reaches the vicinity of the leak point, the leak detector begins to react.
