To ensure uniform temperature in the thawing tank, a circulation pump is used to forcefully circulate the cold water inside the tank.

To ensure the cleanliness of the thawed products, a cold water spray is installed in the middle of the thawing belt to ensure that the water quality in the thawing tank is clean and free of impurities. A separate water storage tank is added outside the thawing tank to allow for sufficient time for impurities brought into the thawing tank during the thawing process to settle and reduce the number of times the thawing tank needs to be cleaned.

4. This machine adopts a three crystal frequency converter to adjust the step speed of the conveyor belt with high accuracy.

5. The entire machine chain is equipped with protective devices on both sides to prevent frozen products from being caught in the chain and causing product damage.

6. The low-end of this machine is equipped with feet, and the height of the feet can be adjusted to keep the equipment level and stable with the ground.

7. The thawing line conveyor chain plate is equipped with an integral chain lifting device, and the conveyor belt can be lifted as a whole for customer hygiene and cleaning. The lifting method adopts a chain lifting design as a whole, and upper and lower limit controls are also installed on the electrical appliances to ensure safe operation of the equipment.

8. Equipment hygiene cleaning and drainage are convenient and thorough, which can reduce blind spots in hygiene cleaning.

To ensure easy cleaning and hygiene inside the tank, high-strength square tubes are used for internal support, achieving seamless welding and leaving no hygiene dead corners;
