The RO host system adopts a fully automatic control device, which has functions such as automatic water production, automatic flushing, water shortage shutdown, water tank full shutdown, high and low pressure alarm, etc.

The RO host is equipped with online display devices such as pressure gauges, conductivity meters, flow meters, etc. And it can achieve online monitoring. The water production system adopts imported brand RO membrane and first-line brand booster pump.

The polishing mixed bed or EDI adopts imported brands to ensure stable water resistivity above 10 megaohms (conductivity ≤ 0.1 μ s/cm).

The sterile purified water tank is made of SUS304 sanitary grade material (polished inside and outside), and comes with a respirator and spray ball.

The structure and layout of pure water equipment are compact, occupying a small area and effectively saving space.

Pure water equipment has low energy consumption and effectively saves energy.

The pure water equipment operates reliably, the water supply pipeline is closed, and the effluent quality is stable.

① Raw water → raw water pump → multi-media filter → activated carbon filter → water softener → security filter → first stage reverse osmosis → pH adjustment → intermediate water tank → second stage reverse osmosis → sterile purified water tank → pure water pump → ultraviolet sterilizer → microporous filter - the most commonly used process in the 2020 Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

② Raw water → Raw water pump → Multi media filter → Activated carbon filter → Softener → Security filter → Primary reverse osmosis → Intermediate water tank → EDI transfer pump → EDI system → Aseptic purified water tank → Pure water pump → UV sterilizer → Micro porous filter → Water point.
