The entire line is equipped with real-time measurement and control, intelligent alarm, making the operation more user-friendly. Main frame structure of extrusion machine: composed of two extrusion machines, suitable for the production requirements of single or dual color extrusion. The frame adopts a guide rail structure, and the color machine adopts a freely adjustable support arm design, which can adjust the height and angle of the color machine according to production needs, making installation, use and maintenance more convenient and efficient, and saving production space for customers.Screw: Advanced screw design ensures stable extrusion of materials with high production capacity. ● Material barrel: The feeding section is forcibly cooled by water to prevent the material from slipping and fluctuating in the feeding section. ● Gearbox: Guomao gearbox is selected, with a direct connection structure between the input shaft and the motor, ensuring no error in speed and preventing dust from being generated during machine operation. 2.
