2) Heating and cooling system
The balanced heat source uses the compression heat of the refrigeration system for heat exchange, reducing the load of electric thermal balance heat exchange, ensuring stable performance, and reducing operating energy consumption.
The refrigeration unit adopts imported fully enclosed compressors, and the cooling method adopts air cooling. It has low operating noise, high reliability, and simple on-site installation and commissioning work for customers.
3)gas generatormodule
Adopting an adjustable constant temperature gas generator for gasification injection of reagents (formaldehyde, toluene), the injection method should form a closed-loop loop with the environmental chamber, which can easily achieve precise control of formaldehyde volatilization temperature and volatilization rate.
4)Light source control module
The intensity of LED and UV light sources can be adjusted, and can be combined with irradiance sensors to achieve closed-loop PID regulation.
5) Air exchange method
Use clean air replacement for secondary treatment.
