Electric flat vulcanizing machineSuitable for high molecular weight polymer materials such as rubber, plastic, resin, etc., the raw materials are placed in a dedicated mold and sandwiched between electric heating plates to form the raw materials for testing. There are two automatic operation modes for the hot plate to rise or fall, with low noise.
This machine has a dedicated electric hydraulic system with automatic pressure compensation, automatic pressurization and depressurization. The oil cylinder has high precision, high wear-resistant guide column, strong load force, and smooth lifting.
Using imported specialized heating wires, high-precision and stable temperature sensors and thermostats, the temperature range is controllable from room temperature to 300 ℃.
Using imported electric heating plate materials, high carbon steel flat precision grinding, quenching, and surface hard chrome, it has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, fast heat transfer, and is not easily deformed.
Electric flat vulcanizing machineThe temperature controller independently controls the temperature of the upper and lower heating templates, with independent temperature display. The timer controls the time, and when the time is up, the heating power is cut off. It can also be used separately without the timer, with completely user-friendly operation.
