Manual plum blossom knife gate valve

Manual knife gate valve, also known as manual knife gate valve, is a small caliber valve driven by a handwheel. It has the advantages of compact structure, reasonable design, lightweight and material saving, reliable sealing, lightweight and flexible operation, small volume, smooth channel, low flow resistance, light weight, easy installation and disassembly. It can work normally under working pressure of 0.6MPa-2.5MPa and operating temperature of -29-650 ℃. The blade gate valve has a shearing function on its gate plate, which can scrape off the adhesive on the sealing surface and automatically remove debris. The stainless steel gate plate can prevent sealing leakage caused by corrosion.

2、 Application scope and field:

Knife gate valves entered China in the 1980s. In less than twenty years, its usage has expanded from ordinary fields to a wider range of industries. Coal selection, ash discharge, and slag discharge from mining power plants. It has developed into urban sewage treatment, from general industrial pipelines to specialized pipeline systems for food, hygiene, medicine, and other industries. The ultra-thin knife gate valve completely solves the difficult problems of high flow resistance, heavy weight, difficult installation, and large footprint of ordinary gate valves, flat gate valves, ball valves, globe valves, regulating valves, butterfly valves, and other types of valves due to its advantages of small volume, low flow resistance, light weight, easy installation, and easy disassembly. After the emergence of knife gate valves, a large number of general-purpose cut-off valves and regulating valves have been replaced by them.
