XG/JYZX series magnetic level gauges are also known as magnetic flip columns or magnetic flip plates. Magnetic float level gauge can safely and reliably measure liquid level under high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, and strong corrosion conditions. The reading is intuitive, the display is eye-catching, and the measurement range is large. Equipped with micro switches and liquid level remote transmitters, it can achieve upper and lower limit alarm and control of liquid level (boundary), as well as remote detection and control. The magnetic liquid level gauge series products are widely used for liquid level measurement and control in various industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, medicine, food, etc. The XG/JYZX series magnetic float flip column level gauge is connected to the container through a side flange, so that the changes in the liquid in the level gauge are actually consistent with the changes in the liquid level inside the container. The cylindrical float inside the level gauge chamber and the magnetic flip plate and switch outside the level gauge are actually a set of magnetic systems. The flipping column of the magnetic flipping plate is equipped with columnar small magnetic steel, and all flipping columns are evenly placed in aluminum slots with a radial spacing of 10mm. Half of the flipping columns are white and the other half are red. When the liquid level in the level gauge rises and falls, the float moves accordingly, and the beam magnetic field of the permanent magnet installed on its top drives the magnetic flip column of the outward rotating plate to rotate 180 °. When the liquid level rises, it changes from white to red. Conversely, when the liquid level drops, the flipping column changes from red to white. This way, the flipping column can reflect the changes in the liquid level inside the container without the need for any power supply. It provides a safe and reliable means and method for liquid level detection of flammable, explosive, and toxic media by completely isolating liquid media from measurement indicators.

UQZ liquid level sensor is used to measure liquid level and transmit signals together with JYZK series magnetic float level gauges. The resistance signal corresponding to the liquid level is converted into a standard current signal output by the transmitter.

The Uk series magnetic switch is divided into ordinary magnetic switch and bidirectional holding magnetic switch, and is used in conjunction with the XG/JJZK water series magnetic float level gauge.
