As a traditional testing method, the Mooney viscometer has been widely used in the rubber industry for a long time, playing an important role in raw material testing, production quality control, and research and development. The MV S3L Mooney viscometer adopts a completely new design, suitable for users' demanding requirements for space constraints, reliability, and maintainability. The Mooney viscosity test, scorch test, and stress relaxation test comply with international standards such as ASTM D1646. The MV S3L Mooney viscometer is equipped with a NIDAS2.0 data acquisition system and computer, which can easily output data and import data into the user's ERP system.
