The MSP-22 series intelligent valve positioner is a device that controls valve opening by receiving a 4-20mA current signal from a controller or control system. Equipped with a built-in microprocessor, it can accurately control valve opening and perform powerful functions such as automatic setting, PID control, and HART communication.
Product Features
◇Small in size and with strong resistance to friction, suitable for small actuators.
◇ Optional signal interruption lock function, signal interruption and gas source interruption can automatically lock the current position.
The standby state consumes almost zero gas, saving factory energy.
The product is equipped with a liquid crystal display (LCD), so the status of the locator can be directly confirmed on site.
Valve position output module and HART module can be added to achieve corresponding functions.
◇ Linear, fast opening, equal percentage and other flow characteristics can be set arbitrarily.
The PID parameters can be easily adjusted through the product's buttons.
