Product details
Advantages and Features:Yintai linear sliding rail MSA25S belongs to the high assembly flange series products. The distance between the mounting holes of the guide rail is 60, and the mounting holes of the slider are 35 * 35. In mainland China, it is called a linear guide rail, while in Taiwan, it is generally called a linear guide rail.

What structure is used to improve the stiffness of CNC machine tools
In order to improve the stiffness of the spindle of the CNC machine tool, not only is a three support structure adopted, but also double row short cylindrical roller bearings with good rigidity and angular contact radial thrust bearings are selected, which are connected to each other to reduce the radial and axial deformation of the spindle. In order to improve the stiffness of large parts of the machine tool, we adopt a closed interface bed body, and secondly, use hydraulic balance to reduce moving parts and avoid deformation of the machine tool caused by positional changes. In order to effectively improve the contact stiffness of various components of the machine tool and increase its load-bearing capacity, the scraping method is used to increase the contact points per unit area, and a sufficiently large preload is applied between the joint surfaces to increase the contact area. These measures can effectively improve the contact stiffness. Under the influence of internal and external heat sources, various components of the machine tool will undergo varying degrees of thermal deformation, which can easily cause the relative motion relationship between the workpiece and the tool to be disrupted, leading to a quarterly decline in the machine tool.
For automated CNC machine tools, the large-scale machining process is controlled through calculated instructions, and the impact of thermal deformation is even more severe. In order to reduce thermal deformation, the displacement of the worktable (or trailer) in the structure of CNC machine tools is usually reduced to the minimum unit of the eleven pulse median, and it is usually required to be able to move at the speed of the base. In order to enable the workbench to respond accurately to the instructions of the numerical control device, corresponding measures need to be taken. There are different differences in friction damping characteristics among commonly used sliding linear guides, rolling linear guides, and static pressure linear guides. The use of ball screws instead of sliding screws in feed systems can also achieve the same effect.
