The Machinery Protection System 5000 (MPS5000) is a mechanical vibration monitoring and protection system independently developed by Central Control Technology. It is mainly used for monitoring and protecting medium and large rotating machinery, providing uninterrupted online status monitoring and vibration protection, fault diagnosis, and complying with API670 design standards. It can collect signals such as key phase, displacement, vibration, velocity, and acceleration, perform time-domain and frequency-domain analysis on them, display and process the proportional values obtained in real time, continuously compare the proportional values with the predetermined alarm and trip thresholds, and immediately execute alarm and protection functions once the parameters exceed the limit.
