This system refers to a high-speed inspection system composed of a 4-ch small current dedicated high resistance meter SM7420 combined with an external power supply, or an 8ch high resistance meter SM7810 developed specifically for leakage current inspection combined with a 32ch output power unit SM7860.

The SM7860 power unit can be selected based on the maximum applied voltage and function, and supports various types of inspection pipelines including charging and discharging.
